There’s nothing hard about being a good recycler and our ecosystem needs your help.  That’s why you’ve come to the right place.

Chuck-It Recycling offers individuals, schools, recycling companies, curbside handlers and businesses the tools to maximize recycling efforts and minimize the waste that ends up in landfills. We do this by educating at the source and providing you with the essential tools to be successful.

Starting at the Source

You are the source – It takes people to create waste and it will take people to reduce it. It’s important for you to understand how recycling works to include, what are they best ways to recycle, what items you can recycle and how can I get started.

Where does waste start? – it starts at the manufacturing level however the waste is created when we use a product and there is an unused byproduct such as cans, bottles, wrappers, packaging or uneaten food.

What do we do with the unused waste? – The unused waste needs to be separated by type and kept as lean as possible.  This as easy as having multiple colored bags system or receptacles for the waste hauler or recycling company to handle.

What happens to materials after we separate them? - This is the good thing…the product is then sorted and bailed for distribution to reusable processes and Does Not Go into Landfill!

What do I need to get started? – Some education, a simple waste audit and a system, such as ”Chuck-It Recycling” that suits your needs, lifestyle and environment and the desire to do the right thing for our planet and future.
